This website is operated by Toofless Enterprises (trading as Toofless Prospecting / Toofless Gold Prospecting). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
All products and services are offered subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
We may update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Gold Sales & Pricing
Natural Australian gold products are priced in reference to prevailing market conditions.
Gold prices may change on a daily or weekly basis in response to movements in the international spot market. A product listed at one price may be adjusted prior to purchase to reflect updated market pricing.
All gold weights are measured at the time of listing. Variations in shape, colour, and character are natural and expected.
Once purchased and payment is confirmed, pricing is fixed for that transaction.
3. Digital Products
Digital downloads are for personal use only.
They may not be redistributed, resold, reproduced, or shared without written permission.
All digital sales are final unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
4. Apparel & Third-Party Fulfilment
Some products are fulfilled through trusted third-party production partners.
While we do not physically handle these items, we remain responsible for ensuring customers receive their orders in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Minor variations may occur. Colours may vary due to screen settings. Fulfilment and shipping times may differ.
5. Independent Tenement Assessments
Tenement assessments and related materials are provided as independent interpretations based on publicly available data and field-based reasoning.
They are advisory in nature.
We do not guarantee the presence of gold, nor do we guarantee the absence of gold.
Prospecting outcomes are influenced by numerous factors beyond our control, including geological variability, historical activity, access limitations, and field methodology.
All prospecting decisions remain the responsibility of the individual operator.
6. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Toofless Enterprises is not currently registered for GST. No GST is charged.
Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.
7. Limitation of Liability
Toofless Enterprises provides products and services in good faith and based on practical field experience.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
• Prospecting outcomes or financial loss
• Business decisions made using our materials
• Market fluctuations affecting gold pricing
• Misuse of products
• Indirect or consequential loss
Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by law.
