This policy applies to purchases made through Toofless Prospecting, the trading name of Toofless Enterprises (ABN 21 871 690 918).
Natural Gold Items (Nuggets & Specimens)


Due to the unique, one-off nature of natural gold, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind on gold items.


Each gold item offered for sale:
is a single, unique piece
is photographed and described as the exact item for sale
cannot be replaced once sold
Please review listings carefully before purchasing.


This does not limit or exclude any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.


First Right of Refusal – Large Gold Nuggets
For larger-sized or harder-to-obtain gold nuggets, purchasers who later wish to resell their item are encouraged to offer first right of sale back to Toofless Enterprises, where practicable.


This provision:
is not an obligation
is subject to mutual agreement on pricing and acceptance
exists to help preserve the significance, provenance, and continuity of larger or rarer gold nuggets, and to support transparency within the prospecting community


Merchandise items may be eligible for return or refund where:
the item is faulty
the item is damaged in transit
the item does not match its description
Return requests must be made no later than 14 days from the date of purchase.
Where a return is approved:
items must be unused and in original condition where applicable
return instructions will be provided prior to sending any item back
Change-of-mind returns on merchandise are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.


Shipping, Loss & Damage
All items are shipped using tracked and registered services where applicable.
Once an item has been lodged with the carrier and tracking details have been provided, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier, subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions.
If an item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us via email so the matter can be reviewed and appropriate steps taken.


Private Sales
Where private sales are approved outside of standard product listings:
payment will be made directly to the nominated business banking account
where prior agreement is made, cash payment may be accepted, with a receipt provided
the terms of sale will be confirmed prior to payment
Refunds or returns for private sales follow the same principles outlined in this policy, subject to Australian Consumer Law.

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days, noting that responses may occasionally be delayed due to remote operations and travel.


Formal disputes and order matters are handled via email only to ensure proper documentation.
