How we Prospect

At Toofless Prospecting, all prospecting activities are carried out lawfully, responsibly, and on approved ground within Western Australia.

We operate as a small, family-run operation and focus on small-scale prospecting, not large-scale mining. Our work is undertaken in accordance with applicable permits, tenement conditions, and regulatory requirements.

Lawful Prospecting
Our prospecting activities are conducted on approved prospecting ground and or registered tenements, areas where access and permissions are in place and sites worked within the scope of relevant approvals. We do not claim ownership over land and do not operate outside lawful access or approval frameworks.

Minimal Disturbance & Rehabilitation
Where ground disturbance occurs, we aim to keep disturbance to a minimum, backfill and rehabilitate worked areas where practicable, avoid unnecessary vegetation removal and 
leave sites safe and stable. Rehabilitation is an important part of responsible prospecting and forms part of our regular field practices.

Small-Scale by Choice
We intentionally operate on a small scale. This allows us to work carefully and selectively, 
maintain transparency, reduce environmental impact, focus on quality and integrity rather than volume. Gold recovery is unpredictable, and results vary from season to season.

Respect for Country
Prospecting is undertaken with respect for country, acknowledging that the land carries cultural, environmental, and historical significance beyond resource value.
