Shipping Policy
Toofless Enterprises (trading as Toofless Prospecting / Toofless Gold Prospecting) ships within Australia only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
1. Natural Australian Gold
Gold items are shipped securely within Australia via Australia Post Express where available.
All gold shipments:
Include tracking
Require signature on delivery
Are insured to the declared value of the item or the maximum insurable amount permitted by the carrier (whichever applies)
Tracking details will be provided via email once dispatched.
Due to the value and security requirements of gold, higher shipping rates apply to gold and certain in-house distributed items.
Risk transfers to the customer once the parcel is confirmed delivered according to carrier tracking records.
2. Apparel & Merch (Third-Party Fulfilment)
Apparel and certain merchandise items are fulfilled by trusted third-party production partners.
Production and shipping timeframes may vary depending on product type, production location, and carrier availability.
Tracking is provided where available.
Shipping costs for these items may be calculated at checkout based on product type and fulfilment location.
We are not responsible for carrier delays once items are dispatched.
3. In-House Distributed Products
Products shipped directly by Toofless Enterprises are dispatched using secure, tracked services.
Signature on delivery may be required depending on product type and value.
Shipping rates for in-house distributed products reflect secure handling and insurance requirements.
4. Digital Downloads
Digital products are delivered instantly upon confirmed purchase.
One purchase equals one licensed downloadable file.
Digital files are:

Not for redistribution
Not for resale
Not to be copied or shared for commercial use
Customers may print purchased files as many times as required for personal use.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, shipping does not apply and digital sales are final unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
5. Shipping Rates
General merchandise is shipped at a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping Australia-wide unless otherwise specified. Express shipping is a flat rate of $15 Australia- wide.
Products fulfilled by third-party production partners may have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on production location, product type, and carrier services.
Gold items and certain in-house distributed products attract higher shipping rates due to insurance, signature requirements, and secure handling.
We do not offer free shipping.
6. Shipping Coverage
Shipping is available within Australia only.
We reserve the right to select an appropriate carrier depending on service availability and destination.
